90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To be eligible for a refund under our 90-day money-back guarantee, you must have used the product consistently for 90 days. Refunds will only be issued after this 90-day trial period and must be requested within 14 days of completing the 90 days (i.e., within 104 days of purchase).
This ensures that you’ve given the product a fair and honest try before requesting a refund.

Refund Eligibility

1. You are eligible to request a refund only after using the product for 90 consecutive days, and within 14 days of completing that 90-day period.

2. Requests made before the 90 days are completed or after 104 days from purchase will not be accepted.

3. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please email us at support@wearemulier.com, quoting your order number and the reason for the return.
Once accepted, you will be allocated a returns number, which must be included inside your returned package.
Please note: Returns sent without following this procedure will not be processed.

Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For your security, we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Incorrect Goods or Faulty Products

We inspect all items before shipping to ensure the highest standards.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact support@wearemulier.com immediately, quoting your order number, details of the product ordered, and the issue.
Please specify whether you would like a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed.

Partial Returns of a Bundle

If you are partially returning a bundle, your refund will reflect the price you would have paid for the items you kept outside of the bundle offer.

For example, if you purchase a bundle of two supplements and return one, your refund will be adjusted so that you have effectively paid the full non-bundle price for the item you kept, plus any applicable shipping.

Order Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email support@wearemulier.com immediately, quoting your order reference number.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods following the standard returns procedure above.

Order cancellations must be requested within 14 days starting from the day after you receive your order.

How to Make a Return – Step by Step

Email us at support@wearemulier.com to request a returns form.

Package your items carefully. Include your completed returns form inside the package, and securely attach your return label.

Post your returns at your nearest post office.
Please remember to ask for a posting certificate/receipt and keep it safe. Without this, we cannot refund you if we do not receive your parcel.

Please allow up to 30 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed.
We will email you once we have received your return and your refund has been completed.
